ContributionShift LIVE

Solo · Local Demo · Fully Facilitated

A living leadership and organisational-maturity simulation where people, work, pressure and consequences continue across rounds. Play alone, create a self-guided multiplayer demo, or run a fully facilitated session with up to seven human participants.

Lead. Enable. Multiply.

One living simulation. Three ways to experience it.

ContributionShift LIVE V1.1 expands the simulation from an individual leadership journey into a shared organisational experience. Choose the mode that matches how you want to learn, test or facilitate.

Individual experience

Solo Living Simulation

Lead your own evolving organisation across rounds, build capability, manage pressure and see whether contribution becomes stronger or more dependent on you.

  • Career and leadership progression
  • People, work and stakeholder decisions
  • Delayed consequences and Contribution Debt
  • Mentor feedback and closing review
No Practitioner ID required

Local / Self-Guided Demo

Create a temporary multiplayer demo from the app, share the join code and let a small group experience different organisational roles and shared consequences together.

  • Create and share a demo session code
  • Participants choose different roles
  • Rounds synchronise across the group
  • Ideal for testing and informal demonstrations
Multi-user play makes the Contribution Shift visible: one person’s decision can strengthen—or weaken—the system that everyone else must lead inside.

Not a quiz. A living organisation.

People remember what you do. Work continues across rounds. Pressure accumulates. Decisions create immediate, delayed, recoverable or damaging consequences. The challenge is not simply to complete the work—it is to build a system capable of contributing through people and leaders.

1

Lead through real conditions

Work with trust, capability, authority, clarity, flow, responsibility and follow-through rather than isolated leadership tips.

2

Manage people and work

Handle objectives, delegation, development, workload, relationships, stakeholders, recruitment, reputation and departures.

3

Experience consequences

See decisions unfold across multiple rounds through Contribution Debt, delayed effects, pressure, memory and changing organisational maturity.

4

Grow through a career

Begin before formal leadership or enter as a team leader or experienced manager, then unlock broader responsibility as readiness develops.

5

See contribution flow

Use the Contribution Map and Critical Contribution Path to reveal dependencies, authority gaps, fragile hand-offs and unhealthy reliance.

6

Pass the Step Away test

Discover whether ownership, succession, authority, capability and systems are strong enough for contribution to continue without rescue.

The defining question is not only, “Did the work get done?” It is: “If you were no longer there, would contribution continue?”

Run a fully facilitated multi-user session

The self-serve access pathway lets facilitators, coaches, OD practitioners and organisational leaders create a trial Practitioner ID, open the web console and run synchronised sessions without waiting for manual setup.

1

Create your Practitioner ID

Generate a self-serve trial ID online. It includes five facilitated sessions for testing, pilots or small-group learning.

2

Create the session

Use the Practitioner ID to unlock the Facilitation Console, create a fresh session and generate the participant code.

3

Up to seven people join

Participants choose Multiplayer / Facilitated Mode in the app and enter only the shared session code—not the Practitioner ID.

4

Facilitate and debrief

Open and resolve rounds, track submissions, examine system movement and turn shared and private feedback into practical learning.

Five trial sessions, then licence for ongoing use

When the self-serve trial sessions are used, request a practitioner licence for continued facilitated session creation. Existing participants still join with the session code alone.

Access rule: the Practitioner ID creates facilitated sessions. The session code lets participants join. Local / self-guided demo sessions do not require a Practitioner ID.
